Fair enough you have a kid, but please don't force that down my throat

Dear annoying mothers with child/ren,

Why do people with kids assume everyone else should have children?

Fair enough you have a kid but seriously, don't try to force the notion of 'I have a child, you should too' down my throat.

I really feel for us childless people out there, either by choice or just unable to conceive.

So please take a moment to think before starting conversations with 'when are you having a child?' Or worst still from the older generation 'you aren't getting any younger, shouldn't you start thinking about having a child?'

The next older person who starts this conversation with me will get a 'you aren't going to live forever, have you bought a coffin yet?' ;p

and to those smug mothers who have to deal with tantrum children, excuse me while I pack my bags for a weekend away in Europe.  I'll send you a postcard!

Cheers,

Xx

I'll like to go home now, please

Next week is coming along too slowly.. I've been on the road and travelling for a while that I'm actually counting down the days and hours till we fly back to Stockholm..

Where I could just sleep in own bed, snuggled in under my quilt and lying star fish spread angle when the boy is not home..

Best of all, I can't wait to walk around in just my underwear!

I've miss you, Stockholm!!

My surprised Birthday dinner at Brasserie Le Rouge, Stockholm

It's been over a month since I've updated, it's because I've been travelling..  From winter to summer.  Right now, I'm dying from the heat in Oz and sorting out all my photos I've taken for the last month or so.

So, here are some of them - This one is of  a surprised birthday dinner organised by my other half last month...   I didn't have a clue, and funny thing is, he knows how much I hate surprises but still he threw me one...  I'm not sure if I was angry or secretly pleased with him.. but please.. no more surprise parties.. cos next surprise party, I'll make sure I'll run out and never come back!

My friends were lovely, although I can't believe they managed to keep it a secret from me all these time!!  Was a lovely dinner at Brasserie Le Rouge (although the surprised birthday cake was spoilt due to the waiter announcing to me that "my surprise birthday cake is waiting to be served"... right!!  Thanks, waiter =)) ..  The presents are still sitting at home as I have had no time to sort them out due to all the travelling..
